Welcome to Probatum. By using our website and services, you agree to these Terms of Service.
1. Service Description
Probatum provides a multi-framework compliance decision engine with agentic RAG capabilities. The service includes a local Bun runtime for document processing and a cloud control plane for query handling and audit logging.
2. Subscription Plans
Starter
$499/mo
SOC 2 framework, up to 5 seats, 14-day free trial.
Professional
$999/mo
SOC 2 + ISO 27001 + HIPAA, up to 15 seats, 14-day free trial.
Enterprise
Custom
Unlimited frameworks, SSO, dedicated support, custom retention.
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. Annual plans include a discount.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- ✕Reverse engineer or decompile the Probatum runtime
- ✕Share license keys or account credentials with unauthorized users
- ✕Use the service for purposes other than compliance management
- ✕Attempt to circumvent usage limits or access controls
4. Data Ownership
You retain all rights to your documents and data. Probatum processes data locally on your infrastructure ("Trust-Native"). We only receive query text and generated responses for the cloud control plane functionality, as described in our Privacy Policy.
5. Service Availability
For the cloud control plane. The local runtime operates independently and depends on your own infrastructure. Enterprise plans include specific SLA commitments.
6. Limitation of Liability
Probatum provides compliance assistance and decision support, not legal advice. You remain solely responsible for your compliance decisions and final audit outcomes. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for your subscription during the 12 months preceding the claim.
